Dog Park Finder Plus App Reviews

This app was a great tool for our trip. Mapped out our route and found the dog parks easily. Made sure to post our comments so more people could enjoy all the wonderful places we found. It was so helpful when people put there comments and pics for us to see. Love taking our dog with us when we travel and DogGoes makes it easy and enjoyable.

Moved to a new area and helped me to find parks for my dogs.

Using an iPad mini retina to run this application. Type in a city and state, and it will list dog-friendly parks, restaurants and other venues, together with a map showing their locations. Problem comes with tapping for more information on one of them - this frequently crashes the program. Cmon, folks - with the small number of hardware platforms youre coding for, this should be relatively easy to debug and fix. As it is, I need to remember what is listed and type it in to a web browser for more information. This is a pain, and doesnt work if Im mobile without an internet connection. PLEASE fix this bug ASAP.

This app crashes so much its not useful. Maybe its because I use an iPad mini like a few others who have the same complaint.

This app is amazingly amazing. Dog parks & dog friendly restaurants, EVEN IN CANADA. All for $1.99!!! You cant beat that. Even if u could, would you want to? They lose one *star* cuz they dont have hotels on this app. Other than that, for those of us who are forever looking for a new spot @ home this is your app. If you are a traveller, youll have to cough up the very fair price of $1.99. Woo-hoo-woof!

If your dog doesnt fit in your purse, you will go to a business every now and then that only allows toy breeds, so not really dog friendly as much as they are friendly to rich women in Los Angeles. Still, great app.

Its a good app but not for .99 It boots me out just for trying to upload a picture.

The second I downloaded this App is was extremely helpful as it showed me dog parks close to my home that I didnt even know about! Awesome! And I recently traveled from NH to SC and back with two dogs and we used this App multiple times every day to plan our stops. It was truly invaluable, I love it!

I got this app a year ago before our annual trip to Arizona. We have a Labradoodle. Where we go, he goes. To be able to plan breaks in our driving to give our dog and us some time to stretch our legs is so convenient. I love being able to see user reviews and pictures before going to a park! Love this app!!

Love the app, I wish more people would review the parks and beaches they visit. I personally know its not as easy as that. Keeping a eye on our four legged little ones and going in for a swim theres no time to just sit and write a review. So that said I will try to be better and write more down. And take photos.

A complete waste of money. For the New York area there is more inaccurate information then accurate. No reviews no comments and other then very easy to find information via the web the app provides nothing. Many of the restaurants they list as dog friendly are not. Descriptions of the dog parks are very limited to minor generic info... If you are going to charge for an app include content not just a basis for people that have paid for it to do the work of the app developer!

This app is awesome. Ive tried others that are supposed to provide you pet friendly locations but you can never find anything. This app truly has them all. Wherever we are, I can always find a place for my puppy. I love it!! Update: I previously gave this app a 4 star review however I am now dropping it to a 2 star as I now can not submit reviews. After numerous attempts app just closes whenever trying to submit a review. App is pointless if individuals can not review the parks for others to know what to expect.

Not very helpful...more info on restaurants. Parks are missing and no info on beaches!

I regularly travel with multiple dogs. This app has been incredibly helpful to find places that I can let them out stretch their legs and mine

This app is very helpful for us, especially when traveling cross country! Count on it to find places to let the pups stretch their legs and, especially, do their business before getting back on the road! Only frustration is that when go for directions their is no start button so only have written. Usually have to enter address into another mapping app. Also wish more people would upload photos and reviews!

I have used this application religiously when traveling around the western & Midwestern USA. I have added 3 or more dog parks that I have found and have been happy with all the parks I used threw this app.

Ive tried a few and this is the best Ive found for Dog Parks. Uses your current location or you can search a city or just move the map to where youre going. It has dog friendly restaurants too! Love it!

Wouldnt get to travel all over the country without it.

Really nice on vacations

I am constantly looking for fenced in areas to let my dog run around in without fear of her chasing bunnies or other animals into a street. I thought this app would solve all my problems, but almost every time I am in a new area and in search of a dog friendly space, the directions take me miles away from the park and lead to peoples houses, libraries, tennis courts, you name it. Why is it so hard?! Thats what she said. But really.
